Nur knapp f\u00fcnf Prozent aller Unternehmen werden j\u00e4hrlich als Top Company ausgezeichnet. Wir geh\u00f6ren damit zu den Unternehmen mit dem besten Arbeitsumfeld in Deutschland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um sich f\u00fcr das kununu Top Company-Siegel 2024 zu qualifizieren, muss ein Unternehmen folgende Kriterien erf\u00fcllen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mindestens sieben Bewertungen von Mitarbeitenden seit Bestehen des Profils. Bewertungen von Bewerbenden werden nicht mitgez\u00e4hlt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Einen Score von mindestens 3,8 Sternen (von maximal 5 m\u00f6glichen), sowohl insgesamt als auch bei den Bewertungen der Mitarbeitenden. Presspart hat durchschnittlich 4,2 Sterne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In den zur\u00fcckliegenden zw\u00f6lf Monaten muss der Bewertungs-Score der Mitarbeitenden bei mindestens 3,8 Sternen liegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mindestens zwei neue Bewertungen in den letzten zw\u00f6lf Monaten. Eine aktualisierte Bewertung z\u00e4hlt hier auch als neue Bewertung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kununu wird von vielen Kandidaten genutzt, um sich vorab \u00fcber Unternehmen zu informieren.
