Tarragona, Spanien; November 2024 <\/strong>— H&T Presspart ist stolz, seine Beteiligung an der Inspira STEAM-Initiative<\/a> bekannt zu geben, einem Programm, das 2016 von der Universit\u00e4t Deusto ins Leben gerufen wurde, um die Zukunft von Frauen in Wissenschaft und Technologie zu inspirieren und zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ab Januar 2025 wird eine engagierte Gruppe weiblicher Teammitglieder von H&T Pressparts Standort in Tarragona als Mentoren in zwei lokalen Schulen t\u00e4tig sein und direkt mit den Sch\u00fclern in Kontakt treten, um das Interesse an STEAM-F\u00e4chern (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Rahmen des Lehrplans werden diese Mentoren \u00fcber ihren beruflichen Werdegang berichten, die Herausforderungen geschlechtsspezifischer Stereotypen in Wissenschaft und Technik aufzeigen und den Sch\u00fclern die einflussreichen Leistungen bedeutender Wissenschaftlerinnen im Laufe der Geschichte n\u00e4her bringen. Durch diese interaktiven Sitzungen werden die Mentorinnen des Unternehmens sowohl Inspiration als auch wertvolles Wissen vermitteln und M\u00e4dchen ermutigen, akademische Wege in STEAM zu erkunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paloma Herrera, Global Technology Director, die das Engagement des Unternehmens initiiert hat und leiten wird, kommentierte: \u201eJunge Menschen, insbesondere M\u00e4dchen, zu inspirieren, die Welt der Wissenschaft und Technologie zu erkunden, ist entscheidend f\u00fcr den Aufbau einer vielf\u00e4ltigen und innovativen Zukunft.
