Tarragona, Spanien; M\u00e4rz 2025 – Anfang dieses Jahres hat eine engagierte Gruppe weiblicher Teammitglieder von H&T Presspart an unserem Standort in Tarragona, Spanien, eine Vielzahl von Aktivit\u00e4ten durchgef\u00fchrt, die die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter f\u00f6rdern und junge M\u00e4dchen dazu inspirieren sollten, Karrierechancen in STEAM-Berufen (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) zu ergreifen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Rahmen der Inspira STEAM-Initiative, die von der Universit\u00e4t Deusto geleitet wird, fungierte unser achtk\u00f6pfiges Team als Mentoren und Coaches f\u00fcr Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler zweier lokaler Schulen, die an dem Programm teilnehmen. Das Team nutzte seine eigenen beruflichen Erfahrungen, um als reale Vorbilder zu fungieren und gleichzeitig Schl\u00fcsselmomente in der Geschichte hervorzuheben, in denen Frauen eine entscheidende Rolle bei bahnbrechenden wissenschaftlichen Errungenschaften spielten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDurch die Inspira STEAM-Initiative erhalten die Kinder einen Einblick, was STEAM-Berufe wirklich beinhalten, entdecken inspirierende weibliche Vorbilder und erkennen die Stereotypen, die oft mit diesen Bereichen verbunden sind\u201c, sagte Paloma Herrera, Global Technology Director. \u201eEs war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, jungen Menschen dabei zu helfen, ihren Geist zu \u00f6ffnen, Dinge anders zu sehen und Annahmen zu hinterfragen, die sie bisher f\u00fcr selbstverst\u00e4ndlich hielten.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDas Ziel dieser Initiative ist es, einen kleinen Samen in die neuen Generationen zu pflanzen, damit sie in Zukunft keinen Karriereweg aufgrund dessen, was von der Gesellschaft gemeinhin aufgrund des Geschlechts akzeptiert wird, ablehnen\u201c, kommentierte Lopez Nuria, Prozessingenieurin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anl\u00e4sslich des Internationalen Frauentags m\u00f6chten wir alle unsere Inspira STEAM-Mentorinnen und alle anderen weiblichen Kolleginnen loben, die t\u00e4glich ihre Leidenschaft f\u00fcr verschiedene Berufe unter Beweis stellen und eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Umgestaltung unseres Unternehmens in der heutigen Zeit spielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
