The Heitkamp & Thumann Group is proud to release its Sustainability Statement and Strategic Action Fields

As a global supplier to the Battery Components and Pharmaceutical device markets the Heitkamp & Thumann Group recognizes its social and environmental responsibility and the opportunity to drive change within our industries.

We have been working in cooperation with renowned sustainability consultancy fors.earth to develop a global integrated sustainability strategy for the Heitkamp & Thumann Group.

The first phase of the project, including a strategic materiality analysis and setting of our ambition level, is now complete and we are proud to release our vision, commitment and the four strategic action fields as part of our Group Sustainability Statement:

We have developed a sustainability strategy that focuses on four action fields: Circular Economy, Responsible Sourcing, Greenhouse Gas Emissions, as well as Health and Safety.

Our Divisions and Business Units are now focusing on the next step to define and set clear and ambitious targets and to detail out our roadmap to further embed sustainability into our organization.
