H&T Presspart’s Tarragona site has recently created the ‘H&T Presspart Forest’, with the planting of 200 native trees on land located near to the manufacturing site.

The 200 trees were planted by 15 employees from H&T Presspart Tarragona, with each tree representing each of the employees and was undertaken as part of H&T Presspart’s programme to reduce our impact on the environment as well as helping raise awareness with our employees.

The tree planting was done in collaboration with the social enterprise Bosquia, who support companies with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes and team building projects through the planting of native trees.

The 200 trees will not only provide a valuable habitat for local wildlife, it will also mean 6 tonnes of CO2 will be removed from the atmosphere. Well done to everyone at H&T Presspart Tarragona in supporting such a crucial environmental project
