In the latest round of customer satisfaction survey, conducted by an external agency, H&T Presspart achieved an average satisfaction score of 8.65 out of 10, demonstrating a continued strong engagement of our customers.

The customer satisfaction survey is completed digitally across H&T Presspart’s accounts who represent a cross-section of the customer base by products, revenue, and geographical location and during the survey, we ask our customers three questions:

  1. On a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is low and 10 is high), how likely are you to recommend H&T Presspart to a friend or colleague?”
  2. What makes you feel this way about H&T Presspart?
  3. In your opinion, what should H&T Presspart focus on to improve further?

Our core operational strengths were highlighted as product quality and our supply chain. Other notable positives included our commitment, responsiveness, communication, and care—clear indicators that customers truly value how we work with them.

Collaboration and partnership also emerged as significant strengths for the business, which is especially encouraging to see, as they are fundamental to our brand and business and at the heart of our common purpose.

As with every survey, we have now started a detailed review process of the results and constructive comments and actions will be defined.

Finally, this result is a reflection on all the hard work and dedication of all our employees, and it is showcasing our #1TEAM philosophy.
