H&T Presspart is pleased to announce the results of its 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey, achieving an overall customer satisfaction score of 8.56 out of 10. The result reflects the continued trust and confidence customers place in H&T Presspart and highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional products, technical expertise, and customer service.

This year’s survey was conducted digitally across 37 customer accounts and, for the first time, included customers from Plas-Tech Engineering. Together, these accounts represent a broad cross-section of H&T Presspart’s customer base, covering its product portfolio, key markets, and revenue streams.

During the survey we ask our customers three questions:

1. On a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is low and 10 is high), how likely are you to recommend H&T Presspart to a friend or colleague?”
2. What makes you feel this way about H&T Presspart?
3. In your opinion, what should H&T Presspart focus on to improve further?

One of the standout findings from this year’s survey was the company’s Technical Competency, with customers recognising H&T Presspart’s expertise, innovation, and ability to deliver effective solutions. The survey also highlighted the professionalism, knowledge, and dedication of H&T Presspart’s employees, reinforcing that its people remain one of the company’s greatest strengths and a key contributor to the overall customer experience.

The feedback received will now be reviewed in detail to identify further opportunities for improvement and to ensure H&T Presspart continues to enhance its products, services, and customer partnerships. Continuous improvement remains central to the company’s approach, with customer feedback playing an important role in shaping future developments.
