Tarragona, Spain; November 2024 –– H&T Presspart is proud to announce its involvement in the Inspira STEAM initiative, a programme established in 2016 by the University of Deusto to inspire and support the future of women in science and technology.

Beginning in January 2025, a dedicated group of female team members from H&T Presspart’s Tarragona site will serve as mentors in two local schools, engaging directly with students to foster interest in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) fields.

As part of the school curriculum, these mentors will share their professional journeys, highlight the challenges of gender stereotypes in science and technology, and introduce students to the influential achievements of notable women scientists throughout history. Through these interactive sessions, the company’s mentors will provide both, inspiration and valuable knowledge, encouraging girls to explore academic pathways in STEAM.
