H&T Presspart has acquired an adjacent building to the existing Plant in Tarragona, Spain to support the growth of our contract manufacturing and proprietary business in multi-component drug delivery devices. The new facility provides up to 4000m2 additional manufacturing space which will be converted into clean rooms and offices in a phased approach over the coming years.

The new building will be the latest expansion of the site in Spain after the successful installment and commissioning of several new cleanrooms dedicated to pharmaceutical and diagnostics products over the past years. It will accommodate new drug delivery device projects and provide additional space for further projects well into the future. The new site will be dedicated to injection moulding and assembly of devices and will also provide new office space and a dedicated area for the New Product Development Center supporting the concept, development, and pilot phases for proprietary and customer projects before the industrialization takes places at one of H&T Presspart sites.

The H&T Presspart Tarragona site produces more than 1 billion devices and components in ISO7 and IS08 cleanrooms for our global customer base today and employs more than 200 employees.
