We are excellent – at the H&T Marsberg location we are pleased to have received four “Family-Friendly Company in the HSK” certificates.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that the fourth company at the Marsberg location, H&T Rechargeable Solutions GmbH, has now been certified as a family-friendly company (FFU) by the HSK for the first time by the jury of the Hochsauerlandkreis economic development agency. HRS is thus following in the footsteps of the three sister companies H&T Marsberg, H&T Tool Design and H&T Presspart, which once again received the coveted FFU seal this year.
The ceremonial awarding of the FFU certificates took place on November 28, 2023 in the Kolpinghaus Brilon in front of more than 70 guests.

Oliver Barkow and Verena Siebertz proudly accepted the three awards for HRS, HTM and TDM, while Jörn Pickhardt, Jan Dohle and Marina Müller happily received the certificate for PPM.

For us, the award is not only a recognition of our previous measures at the location, but also a confirmation of our continuous efforts. At the same time, we see the award as an incentive to further promote the topics of “family friendliness” and “compatibility of family and work”.

With the certificate we clearly show that we are actively committed to family-friendly working conditions and offers. In times of a shortage of skilled workers, we strengthen our external attractiveness in order to attract the best talent and retain them at the location in the long term.
