    Carina’s story

    Carina Sposato
    Sales Manager Europe

    Carina has worked for H&T Presspart for six years, starting off in customer services in our offices in Montevideo, Uruguay. Carina then moved to our manufacturing site in Tarragona, Spain, where she currently works as a Sales Manager as part of our European sales team.

    Andre’s story

    Andre Schoermann
    Program manager

    Andre joined H&T Presspart as a Project manager in 2015 at our site in Marsberg.  Since then he has worked as Maintenance Manager and he also spent one and half years at our site in Tarragona as Project and Engineering Manager.  Andre is currently working as a Program Manager in Marsberg.

    Julia Schaeffer
    Quality Control Team Leader

    Julia is based at our site in Marsberg and has been with the company since 2018. Julia started as a Management Assistant before spending two and half years as the sites CIP Manager. Julia currently works as a Quality Control Team Leader.

    Lucy Meakin
    CIP Coordinator

    Lucy has spent the last four years working as a Customer Services Administrator at our site in Blackburn, UK. Lucy has just successfully applied for a new internal role within the site and will shortly be taking up her new position as CIP Facilitator.

    Naomi’s story

    Naomi Quinn
    Apprentice Tool Maker

    Naomi started her H&T Presspart career in the processing department at our site in Blackburn. With an interest in engineering, Naomi successfully applied for our tool making apprenticeship, and is now in final year of her training.

    Jean-Christophe’s story

    Jean-Christophe Jund
    Engineering Product Manager

    Jean-Christophe is relatively new to H&T Presspart having joined the company only 12 months ago. Jean-Christophe works as a Program Manager in our device development department at our site in Tarragona.

    Alex’s story

    Alex Alvarez
    Logistics Coordinator

    Alex works as logistics coordinator in the supply chain department at our site in Tarragona, Spain, and has been with the company for four years. Alex is in charge of a team of nine people and his team is responsible for ensuring our customers goods are despatched on time.

    Ajdin’s story

    Ajdin Gazic
    CIP Manager

    Ajdin is our Continuous Improvement Manager (CIP) for our site in Nidau, Switzerland. Ajdin is in charge of lean management on the site including running Kaizen events and being responsible for improvement and optimisation projects across the site.

    Marc’s story

    Marc Küpfer
    Senior Engineer

    Marc is one of our newest employees having been with H&T Presspart for just over a year. Marc works as a Senior Engineer at our site in Nidau, Switzerland and supports the design and implementation of our assembly and industrialisation processes for the manufacturing of our customer’s drug delivery devices.
